- You can use wind oil to deal with oil stains. If the outer shell of the baling machine is stained with some oil stains, you may use thinner to wipe it directly, but this will wipe off the color, so use wind oil, so that the oil stains can be removed and the original color of the equipment can be maintained.
- After refueling, you can try to run the machine empty first. Refueling the position of the movement in our daily maintenance is a must-do step in maintenance work. But such work is not easy. The trick is to drip oil on the position of the movement first, and then let the machine run empty. If it is a semi-automatic baling machine, you can manually turn the belt connecting the motor. If it is a fully automatic baling machine, the user can press the electric button continuously, so that the machine can run empty in steps, so as to evenly transfer the lubricating oil to each component.
- Use compressed air to deal with dust. It is normal for the baler to accumulate dust after being used for a long time. Not only will there be dust in the environment, but even the cutting of the strapping tape will produce certain debris. These dusts will fall into the movement of the baler and seriously affect the normal use of the baler. Using compressed air is undoubtedly the way to deal with it.
